How much do your services cost?
Our services vary in price according to the type of services you're interested in, and the size of your home or business. We offer savings coupons here on our website, and we'll work with you to create a cleaning routine that fits your budget.
Will the same people clean my home or business every time?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the same people will perform services each time, however all of our employees go through the same training routine so that their performance should be consistent from person to person. Though the people may not be the same each time, we will make sure we send at least one person who has been there before and is familiar with your specific cleaning needs.

A J Cleaning has been in business since 1987. We're proud to say that we've offered Delaware County and the Main Line Area quality cleaning for 20 years!
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry both Workers Compensation and Liability policies to ensure that our customers will never have to be financially responsible for any unfortunate accidents. Copies of these policies can be provided to anyone interested in hiring A J Cleaning to perform services.
What method of carpet cleaning do you use?
We use a Steam Cleaning method. Our machines heat the water and carpet cleaning solution to 210 degrees to thoroughly clean your carpets. We offer pre treating and spot treatment prior to the carpet cleaning when needed, and can also apply stain guard to your carpets to extend the time between cleanings. We will apply blowers to the carpets to expedite drying whe requested.
Will I have the same cleaning time each visit?
We cannot guarantee the same time each week, however we will give you a time frame of when we will arrive. We usually will schedule you for either morning, or afternoon cleaning so that you will have a general idea of when we should be arriving.
How do you gain access to my home or business, when no one will be there?
Most of our clinets will provide us with a key and/ or the appropraite alarm codes to enter their homes or offices when no one will be there. The safest way to do this is to provide us with a copy of your key which we then store locked in our field manager's office. Your key is removed only on the day of your cleaning and is then returned at the end of the day. If you are not comfortable with this, some of our clients choose to place a key in a hidden area outside their home or business on the day of their cleaning so that we may gain access.
Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
No, we will bring all the necessary supplies to leave your home or business clean and fresh. For our commercial clients we can also provide additional supplies such as toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, etc., for an additional charge.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Although we try to make sure that each cleaning we perform is to the highest standards, occasionally there may be an item or two that have been overlooked. If you are dissatisfied with you cleaning simply call our office and we will try to accomodate you by returning to fix the problem areas, or provide you with a discount on our next visit.
What do I need to know about starting ongoing house cleaning services?
At the beginning of each ongoing house cleaning service we require that we perform an initial "thorough" cleaning. During this initial cleaning we will perform a more detailed cleaning than our usual visits to ensure that your home will be ready for us to return on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis and maintain the cleanliness of your home.
