Moving is stressful enough without the hassle of worrying about cleaning your old home before you leave, and then cleaning your new home when you arrive! Move In/ out "Top-To-Bottom Deluxe" Clean is a more detailed type of cleaning perfect for move-in's or make-ready to sell. Extra focus and attention on bathrooms, kitchen and woodwork (such as doors, baseboards, moldings, trim, blinds, cabinet doors, ceiling fans) Ceiling fan blades(handwashed or wiped)  light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed) Cobwebs removed Blinds& shutters(vacuumed or wiped w/microfiber) Moldings & woodwork, windowsills, & lock ledges(handwashed or wiped) Baseboards (band washed or wiped. reachable w/out moving furniture) Outside of appliances cleaned/ inside microwave cleaned Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed All Cabinet fronts All Doors (washed) Light switch plates (washed) Counter tops & backsplashes (washed) All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected) Mirrors (Windexed all way to top*) Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up) All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)  Stairs(vacuumed, wood washed by hand) Floors (vacuumed/ mopped) All drawers opened, wiped out All shelves wiped off Oven cleaning (by request)  Refrigerator cleaning(by request) Carpet Cleaning (by request) Power Washing (by request)

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand, we can accomodate cleaning these for an additional charge. We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultrasonic mini-blind cleaning or replacement. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave.
